I was on my first nature trail, sitting on a massive rock on a hill while gazing at the immense valley that spread out in front of me. It was a beautiful Indian Summer. Resting there for a few hours, it suddenly dawned on me that this very space I saw and felt right there, was also available in my personal life. Nature was like a mirror to me. The complete silence that enveloped me allowed me to fully immerse myself in the moment and connect with my inner self. Nature brought me back to the essence: my heart. Since this epiphany I have tried to live more and more from my heart, connected with myself and the people around me.
It’s my strong belief that people and organizations will benefit from open and non-violent communication, which is only possible with people who are connected to themselves and therefore able to connect with others.
