For centuries, the Himalayas have sparked imagination: the immense mountains, the silence and the grandeur of the landscape naturally invite slowing down, reflection and awareness. It is a place where you can quite literally and figuratively take distance and get closer to yourself. To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the Foundation for Natural Leadership is organizing a special Himalaya Trail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this 14-day trail, you will trek through impressive mountain landscapes, visit remote monasteries and become acquainted with local rituals and traditions. The combination of nature, physical effort, silence and guidance creates depth and new insights that truly stay with you.
An essential part of the programme is the Solo Quest: time alone in nature, in which you slow down, become silent and listen to what is emerging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You do not need to be an experienced mountain trekker or meditation expert. What we do ask is a good basic level of fitness, perseverance and the willingness to step out of your comfort zone and deepen the connection with yourself.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This Himalaya Leadership Trail is part of a 9-month transformation programme: from preparation and training to integration afterwards. You will be guided both physically and mentally, so that you start the trail well prepared and are able to integrate the experiences into your work and life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group is a mix of 9-12 leaders, senior professionals and entrepreneurs from different organisations, including business, government and the non-profit sector. The 9-month programme consists of the following elements:<\/p>\n\n\n
