On this page, you\u2019ll find the terms and conditions that apply to our various programs. Specific terms may apply to each program; these are clearly listed below under each section. The terms provide clarity on the agreements, responsibilities, and guiding principles involved. We recommend reviewing them carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participation terms for the Wilderness Leadership Transformation Program<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Registration<\/summary>\n

Registration takes place by signing up and agreeing to the terms and conditions. Subsequently, the participant will receive an invoice for the program. Registration for the program is accepted by written confirmation of participation from the Stichting voor Natuurlijk Leiderschap (Foundation for Natural Leadership (FNL)) and upon receipt by FNL of the total amount.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants<\/summary>\n

In addition to the facilitator(s), there is room for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants per trail. The FNL may cancel participation in the program if there are fewer participants than the minimum number.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liability\/Insurance<\/summary>\n

The FNL shall exercise as much care as possible with respect to the organization and content of the program. This also applies to the hiring of guides and the local organisation that provides them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the FNL shall not be liable for any damage in connection with the (pre- and\/or post-)program, including the trail and\/or the acts or omissions of the guides and\/or the local organisation. This exclusion also applies to all possible health and safety risks and loss\/damage of luggage. But not in case of intent or deliberate recklessness and in case of damage caused by death or injury of the participant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participant must take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance to cover the risks associated with stays in the wilderness and\/or with mountaineering (if applicable) off the beaten track (such as search, rescue, etc.). Those risks are discussed during the introductory “foundation” workshop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FNL is not liable for losses covered by the participant’s insurance policies, such as travel, health and cancellation insurance. The participant should make sure that his\/her mental and physical condition allows him\/her to participate in the program.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation<\/summary>\n

If the participant must unexpectedly cancel participation in the program, the following cancellation conditions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • cancellation between 2 and 4 months before departure: 50% of the trip costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • less than 2 months before departure: 100% of the trip costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The cancellation must be made via email to info@naturalleadership.eu. If the participant would like another participant to take his\/her place, an administration fee of \u20ac 150,- ex. VAT will apply. This participant will be admitted to the program on condition that the facilitator agrees. The FNL reserves the right to reject the proposed replacement.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

Registration for the program is accepted by written confirmation of participation from the Foundation for Natural Leadership (FNL) and upon receipt by FNL of the total amount.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n

      Participants<\/summary>\n

      In addition to the facilitator(s), there is room for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 14 participants per workshop. The FNL may cancel participation in the program if there are fewer participants than the minimum number and we will notifiy you as soon as possible. Payment will then be refunded to your account within a few days.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n
