Recently Mirjam van Gils started as managing director. Mirjam went on trail to Umfolozi in 2016 and has been involved with FNL in various ways since then. She has attended the facilitator training, loves the ‘trail feeling’ during gatherings, is co-creator of Reboot your Life<\/a> and has contributed to the renewed website and the FNL Next plan. She graduated as a communication scientist, has over 20 years of management experience in business and is an internationally certified NLP trainer. She likes to use her knowledge and experience to inspire people and companies and make an impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She enjoys being in nature. A powerful and calming place to ‘be’, to connect and further develop consciousness. At beautiful places in the Netherlands, on trails and annual survivals in Europe and recently on a 7 day solo at the Pacific. Her inspiration and energy comes from books, movies, meetings with friends and new faces, sports and adventures. Mirjam lives in Rijswijk, is married and has a son of 18 and a daughter of 17. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She is looking forward to collectively bring FNL to the next level, to put Natural Leadership more broadly on the map and to create an even bigger impact!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
