Recently, Erna ter Weele announced that she is to leave the FNL board. Erna has been on the board for 3.5 years. First with the portfolio ‘facilitators’ and later with ‘new programs’. We thank Erna for her great contribution and dedication to the FNL Board. Fortunately, she will still stay with us as a facilitator for trails and the year program!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura Ozinga will succeed Erna as a board member. With over 20 years of business experience in marketing and innovation and in leading teams, Laura has been focusing on leadership development for the last 6 years. In doing so, she coaches people, teams and organizations. In 2016 she went on a trail to Umfolozi. Experiencing nature as a mirror, the connection and increasing awareness felt like an enormous enrichment and was reason for her to become a facilitator herself, to support people in their leadership through nature. Since 2017 she is a member of the facilitators committee. Besides facilitating trails, she is active in advancing the Natural Leadership Year Program<\/a> and is co-creator of Reboot your Life<\/a>. She lives in Amstelveen with her husband, a daughter of 17 and 2 sons of 15. Her interests lie in sports, being outside in nature, personal development and Laura enjoys a nice meeting and a good conversation. She is looking forward to her role as a member of the board, supporting more people through our programs in nature and to develop their own leadership.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
