Dear all,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have great news: Mark Jacobs will be the new director of the Foundation for Natural Leadership as of May 1, 2026!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mark is not new to the FNL and has been associated with us for years; as a facilitator, as a co-initiator of the Sustainable Banking trail and as someone who not only understands our mission, but also really carries it within him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He has guided dozens of leadership journeys and knows firsthand what a trail brings about: the pause that creates space, the self-insight that is released, the renewed direction that people find. And with his background as HR director, he also sees what that means for an organization as a living system, because when leaders change their position, the culture around them moves with it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He listens before he steers, makes room before he solves and he knows the FNL as a community, not just as an organization. Exactly the energy and attention that this phase requires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From now on, Mark will focus entirely on the FNL. We are very happy and grateful that he is taking this step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
