Even during my studies in Human Movement Sciences, I discovered how valuable it is to take people into nature. As a tour guide, I guided groups in Scotland and France, where sporting adventure and nature experience came together. In 2024, I experienced the power of natural leadership myself during a winter trail in Norway. By slowing down and stilling, I gained a deep insight into what is really meaningful to me in my work and life. This experience touched me and inspired me to become a facilitator myself and thus guide others in their own journey of discovery. With attention, curiosity and an open mind, I like to guide people in their own search for personal leadership. <\/p>\n
