Due to the challenges facing our society, we need leaders who have the ambition and feel the urgency to create positive change. That’s where natural leadership comes in. For me, natural leadership is about understanding from a humble standpoint that each of us is part of a vast universe. That comes with a responsibility to preserve the life we value in that universe, and the ability to take that responsibility. In our hectic and fragmented society, we easily allow ourselves to be distracted from the things that really matter. A trail in nature is an impactful way to reflect on the things that matter, and to make choices about how we want to show leadership. <\/p>\n
I have met many people through the Natural Leadership Foundation where the trail was a turning point in their lives or a major incentive to continue on a previously chosen path.<\/p>\n
