Sietze went on trail for the first time in 2009. It was an unforgettable moment in his life that helped him step away from the compulsion of work. Since then, Sietze has gone back on trail many times, always with the group of 2009. The trails help him to be comfortable in his form of leadership and thus inspire others. Being outside is oxygen for him and he is now in the fortunate position of entering nature almost daily. <\/p>\n
