My first trail in Spain was a profound personal experience with a deep learning curve. A transition from personal leadership to natural leadership. My desire for more natural leadership insights was wakened and a trail to iMfolozi, Kwazulu Natal, followed. Walking in the unspoiled nature reserve of iMfolozi, I felt humble, pieceful and untethered. Living in the here and now, brought me more in sync with nature and my environment. I have a strong belief there is a need to “let nature do it’s work” by letting us feel we are a guest on this planet and letting us feel we need to stay better connected with ourselves, the people around us and nature as part of the ecosystem we, as leaders, play a temporary yet impactful role in. This is where natural leadership plays an indispensable role: being in sync with your heart and mind and the world around you. Taking sufficient time for awareness, curiosity, creativity and a positive core. <\/p>\n
