She grew up in a village in the south of the Netherlands and studied Marketing (HBO) and Organizational Anthropology at VU Amsterdam. Over the years, she has inspired and guided hundreds of companies toward more sustainable and circular ways of doing business. Through this work, she realized that creating real, lasting impact ultimately comes down to people and leadership. She has completed several coaching programs, including Systemic Work in Organizations at the Bert Hellinger Institute. From her experience, time alone in nature brings the calm and clarity needed to be truly honest and authentic with yourself.
