Due to the silence and slowing down, there is attention for personal growth. This trail and other trails in Andalusia, the yearprogram Natural Leadership in Twente and also the Waddentrail, all were sources of inspiration for her personal and professional leadership. \u201cTo be more self-conscious in (professional) life and to see and to feel what is really essential by just simply being yourself\u201d.
