After studying econometrics, Peter rolled into the financial industry and became banker. It took Peter about 10 years to become aware that he lost connection with the idealist and entrepreneur in him. He realized that focusing on money and racing for more was not going to bring him the serene, fulfilling and compassionate life he was hoping for. Peter came to this realization on his FNL trail in South Africa in 2009. Soon after, a transformation started: Peter quit his banking career and became the founder of social enterprise called Lendahand, which he scaled up significantly. More profoundly, Peter developed a deep fascination for personal development and for cultivating a harmonious mind and a fulfilling life. <\/p>\n

Peter has been extensively educating himself on these topics during the last 15 years by reading and by listening to podcasts. More importantly, Peter gained insights by testing what impact certain behavior and habits had on the state of his mind and life: Peter learned that shaping mentally and physicalyl healthy habits in his life strongly contributes into feeling at peace with all there is. Being in the nature has always been a key ingredient in the process. For Peter serving and facilitating others on their journey feels like a logical next step. Peter lives near Utrecht with his wife and 3 sons. <\/p>\n
