In 2019 Anika went on a trail to Botswana with the FNL. This trail was life changing. From living from the head, to living from the hart. By really reconnecting with nature, she also reconnected with herself. Since then she has been on a learning journey and has become a coach skilled in both Transactional Analyses and Systemic Work. She truly believes in the power of nature. Anika: “The great thing about nature is that everything has its natural place and order. There is no judgement. There is no right or wrong. There just is. We humans can get lost and lose our natural place. By reconnecting with nature, we can find our place again and see that the answers to all our questions are already within ourselves. The trail is a great way to experience that and I want to offer that experience to other people.” In daily live Anika is a mother of 4 and works as an interim Manager both in the field of human resources as well as employment law. Next to that she is (systemic) coach.
