{"id":27877,"date":"2026-10-19T18:30:52","date_gmt":"2026-10-19T18:30:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/naturalleadership.eu\/team\/annelien-stapel-de-ruijter\/"},"modified":"2026-10-19T18:33:47","modified_gmt":"2026-10-19T18:33:47","slug":"annelien-stapel-de-ruijter","status":"publish","type":"team","link":"https:\/\/naturalleadership.eu\/en\/team\/annelien-stapel-de-ruijter\/","title":{"rendered":"Annelien Stapel-de Ruijter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">A trail through the wilderness reconnects you with something primitive and instinctive. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>It feels wonderful toexperience something so pure. <\/p>\n<p>It is the effect of nature combined with the rhythm of walking<\/p>\n<p>not to mention being away from your phone and no longer having to think about time.<\/p>\n<p>The space this creates is invaluable.<\/p>\n<p>As a facilitator, I love guiding others through this unique, life-changing process.<\/p>\n<p>It can involve challenge, vulnerability, humour, laughter and tears &#8211; all going hand in hand.<\/p>\n<p>My many years of experience designing and facilitating leadership programmes,together with my knowledge of relationship development and systemic work, are especially valuable here.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m Annelien, married to Stijn and we have three children. After living in New Zealand as a family for a while, we have now put down roots in Driebergen.  <\/p>\n<p>But some things are hard to resist: the ocean has stolen our hearts.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps one day we&#8217;ll set off again and settle somewhere new.<\/p>\n<p>In short, adventure is calling &#8211; and so are the trails.
