Being able to facilitate the Wilderness Leadership Programme is a great honour. Experience Nature and being disconnected from daily life is a true gift that allows me to reflect and to set my priorities. Every time it deepens my understanding of my own life and the world around me.
As a self-employed consultant, trainer and coach with two young children, I consider the wilderness trails as places to recharge my batteries, to reflect on my personal and private life (family and friends) and to choose my direction in work. Above all it gives me time to be grateful for where I am in life. Every time I am amazed what the pay-off is for myself and for the participants that join the programme.
The numerous trails I’ve facilitated so far and the impact I’ve witnessed have given me the experience to really trust the process. I work intuitively and act in the moment to really connect to your process and to what is needed to further deepen the experience. This enables me to set the conditions for you to do your work.
Participants consider my approach as a great support in their journey. Being there when needed in a natural way without assumptions, judgements, pressure and suchlike.
