Request brochurePicos de Europa National Park lies in northern Spain (Asturias) and is home to the snow-covered ‘peaks of Europe’, rising to more than 2,500 metres. It is a unique, rugged and truly wild area, home to wolves, bears and vultures. This dynamic ecosystem supports a rich diversity of plants, animals, amphibians, fungi and mushrooms in the Cantabrian mountain range.
This Natural Leadership programme in Picos de Europa is a journey of discovery. It is about becoming aware of what has shaped you, where you are in life and what drives you. It is also about recognising that your mind, your feelings and your heart are inseparably connected.

The approximately four-month programme takes place largely outdoors, in the pristine nature of Abruzzo. Far removed from the familiar and from our daily routines, we simplify and slow down: five days without watches, phones or computers.
Participants come from a wide range of organisations, including the private sector, government and non-profit organisations. Each programme brings together a diverse group of 4–8 leaders, senior professionals and entrepreneurs and consists of the following elements:
- Intake interview
- Foundation workshop
- Leadership Trail in the Wilderness
- Integration workshop
- Coaching session
- Membership in our community of more than 3000 members
