Joost van Droffelaar

My name is Joost van Droffelaar. As the son of Boy van Droffelaar, who has been involved with FNL for several years, I have been inspired from a young age by the power of nature and the insights it provides.

In my professional life, I focus on organizational transformations at various levels. I guide development trajectories and assist organizations in solving complex challenges related to growth and change. What drives me is creating an environment where people and teams can make an impact and where joy and meaning are highly valued. Additionally, you can often find me in the forest on weekends, guiding enthusiastic dogs and their owners in the art of tracking and search work. Nature plays a vital role in this. In March 2024, I had the opportunity to join a trail to Umfolozi (South Africa). There, I experienced that the most valuable insights arise when we slow down, connect, and open ourselves to what presents itself. I find these qualities reflected within FNL as well, and I am very eager to contribute to this.
