Terms and conditions
On this page, you will find the terms and conditions that apply to our various programmes. Specific terms and conditions may apply to each programme; these are clearly set out below for each section. The terms and conditions provide clarity on the agreements, responsibilities and principles involved. We recommend reading them carefully.
Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Wilderness Leadership Transformation Programme
- Registrations
- Registration takes place by signing up and agreeing to the terms and conditions. The participant will then receive an invoice for the programme. Registration for the programme is accepted upon written confirmation of participation by the Foundation for Natural Leadership (“FNL”) and once FNL has received the full amount.
- Participants
- In addition to the facilitator(s), there is space for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 participants per trail. FNL may cancel the programme if the number of participants falls below the minimum required.
- Liability and insurance
- FNL exercises the greatest possible care in the organisation and delivery of the programme. This also applies to the engagement of guides and the local organisation that provides the guides.
- FNL is not liable for damage in connection with the pre- and/or post-programme, including the trail and/or any acts or omissions of the guides and/or the local organisation. This exclusion also applies to all possible health and safety risks and to the loss of or damage to luggage. However, this exclusion does not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness, or in the event of damage caused by the death or injury of the participant.
- The participant is required to take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance to cover the risks associated with staying in the wilderness and/or engaging in mountain activities (where applicable) off the beaten track, such as search and rescue. These risks will be discussed during the introductory Foundation Workshop.
- FNL is not liable for damage covered by the participant’s insurance, such as travel, health and cancellation insurance. The participant must ensure that their mental and physical condition allows them to take part in the programme.
- Cancellation
If the participant has to cancel their participation in the programme, the following cancellation charges apply:- Cancellation between 2 and 4 months before departure: 50% of the travel price
- < 2 months before departure: 100% of the travel price
Cancellation must be submitted by email to info@naturalleadership.eu. If the participant wishes to have another participant take their place, an administration fee of €150 excluding VAT will apply. The replacement participant will be admitted to the programme provided that the facilitator agrees. FNL reserves the right to reject the proposed replacement.

- Amendment of terms and conditions
- FNL may amend these terms and conditions for compelling reasons.
Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Natural Leadership Year Program
- Registrations
- Registration takes place by signing up and agreeing to the terms and conditions. The participant will then receive an invoice for the programme. Registration for the programme is accepted upon written confirmation of participation by the Foundation for Natural Leadership (“FNL”) and once FNL has received the full amount.
- Participants
- In addition to the facilitator(s), there is space for a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10 participants per Year Program. FNL may cancel the programme if the number of participants falls below the minimum required.
- Liability and insurance
- FNL exercises the greatest possible care in the organisation and delivery of the programme. FNL is not liable for damage in connection with the programme.
- Cancellation
If the participant has to cancel their participation in the programme, the following cancellation charges apply:- Cancellation between 2 and 4 months before the start of the programme: 50% of the total costs
- < 2 months before the start of the programme: 100% of the total costs

Terms and Conditions for Participation in Reboot Your Life!
- Registrations
- Registration takes place by signing up and agreeing to the terms and conditions. The participant will then receive an invoice for the programme. Registration for the programme is accepted upon written confirmation of participation by the Foundation for Natural Leadership (“FNL”) and once FNL has received the full amount.
- Participants
- In addition to the facilitator(s), there is space for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 14 participants per workshop. FNL may cancel the programme if the number of participants falls below the minimum required. FNL will inform participants as soon as possible. The payment will be refunded to your account within a few days.
- Liability and insurance
- FNL exercises the greatest possible care in the organisation and delivery of the programme. FNL is not liable for damage in connection with the programme.
- Cancelation
If the participant has to cancel their participation in the programme, the following cancellation charges apply:
- Cancellation between 2 and 4 months before the workshop: 50% of the total costs
- < 2 months before the workshop: 100% of the total costs
Cancellation must be submitted by email to info@naturalleadership.eu. If you wish to have another participant take your place, an administration fee of €50 excluding VAT will apply. The replacement participant will be admitted to the programme if they meet the participation requirements and provided that the facilitator agrees. FNL reserves the right to reject the proposed replacement.
