Darran Meyers

Darran has been a guide for 30 years. He started in the Sabi Sands, moved to KZN and during his career he has guided all over Southern and Eastern Africa. His trails career began in Zambia in the wilds of the Kafue. From here he has guided trails all over Africa, from the Kruger national park in South Africa to the Central African Rainforests. His approach to trails on foot is one of minimal impact and sensitivity. He believes that he is a facilitator of the experience and that nature is to be enjoyed by the individual in their own way. He lives by the saying that on foot we are participants and not spectators.
