Edmond Öfner

Edmond Öfner has a background as an expedition leader in the Himalayas and Polar regions and has learned many lessons through and from nature. He has also learned a lot from the dynamics in top teams under great pressure, and the influence this has on the individual. For the last 15 years, he has been guiding teams from organisations through Leadership Journeys and providing 24-hour coaching. You could describe him as an outdoorsman, storyteller, an inspiration, self-willed, an old soul, with lots of laugh lines, a stage manager, and quiet in front of the wood stove.
