With her background in business, Gerdien has gained extensive experience at various retail and service companies, both in team roles and in leadership positions. Driven by curiosity about what life has to offer, she has a broad perspective and is committed to engage with issues that truly matter, in order to take meaningful actions. Her motivation is to support individuals and groups in society to grow in their leadership from within. As a facilitator, she guides you in the process of “uncovering” who you truly are, respectfully confront you with your unique qualities, deepen your self-awareness, and let your imagination run free.
