Maarten van Dijk

He is married to Sietske Bierens, together they have 4 daughters, and live in Abcoude in the countryside.He studied in Amsterdam from 1983; is active in project development (redevelopment of monuments and industrial heritage), and also is an active trainer at the Baak, in the field of coaching leadership, leadership and meaning. For 7 years now also Maarten has been a miller at the Oostzijde windmill in Abcoude. He gets energy and inspiration from the outdoors, from adventures, from silence and well, and from ‘finding out how people work’, starting with himself. What is important to you emerges from the silence, from the conversations, and from walking. That’s what a trail is all about for him.
