Merel van Deursen

Merel worked as a lawyer during the first 15 years of her career, advising on mergers and acquisitions. Since 2006, she has focused entirely on guiding executives and their teams. Merel is an experienced leadership coach and business mediator in business and in the legal profession. She also holds various supervisory roles in the public domain. She lives with her family in Bussum, near the heathland and the Loosdrecht Lakes. On trail, she experiences again and again the enormous impact that nature has on both the participants and herself. 7 days completely off-line with an inspiring group of people. Away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. All the time and space for reflection, to reset and enjoy the breathtakingly beautiful nature.
