Marie Louise van Mourik

In 2013, Marie-Louise experienced the healing power of a trail though the immense nature of the African Umfolozi park. Due to the silence and slowing down, there is attention for personal growth. This trail and other trails in Andalusia, the yearprogram Natural Leadership in Twente and also the Waddentrail, all were sources of inspiration for her personal and professional leadership. “To be more self-conscious in (professional) life and to see and to feel what is really essential by just simply being yourself”. Marie-Louise is involved in leadership development, organizational change, interim management and has experienced herself that organizations grow when people grow.
