Rosalie Krajenbrink

Growing up on the former island of Wieringen, Rosalie’s love for nature and space was sparked at an early age. On a trail in Abruzzo in 2023, it became clear to her how big the impact of the wilderness is on your personal leadership. The simplicity, going back to the essence and being able to effortlessly make a connection between mind and heart. ” Enjoying the peaks of Abruzzo and stripped of all worldly distractions, I arrived very naturally to my core and what I had to do from that essence.” There was also a strong motivation to guide this experience in others . In her role as a facilitator, she combines her experience as a coach with the lessons that nature gives us. Curious, connecting and committed, she meets the other on a deeper level.

For more than 20 years, Rosalie has worked in a variety of management roles within the insurance industry and the energy sector. Creating movement, developing resilient leaders and teams, and achieving fundamental changes is what drives her. Since October 2024, through her company Fernwood Changemakers, she has been supporting organizations and individuals in achieving sustainable impact. She lives with her husband and two children in Vught, with the moors and forest around the corner.
