Nathalie van der Voort

Facilitator

“To know the way, we just have to get going.” This is one of my life mottos that matches my curious, adventurous personality. As a little girl I dreamed of distant peoples in exotic countries. As a teenager I started taking up outdoor sports, including mountain biking, hiking, skiing and snowboarding. As an adult I gave mountain bike clinics in the Ardennes and worked in Mexico and Suriname. I traveled to Vietnam and Japan with my husband and daughter and taught my then 9-year-old daughter. Something I may have learned more from than she did. Closer to home, I work as a change manager specialized in the field of corporate anthropology, mainly in healthcare and municipalities. The ability to connect with yourself, others and your physical environment is, in my opinion, one of the greatest ingredients for a happy and meaningful life.

The power of and connection with nature is a great resource for personal development and (re)discovering your own potential and place in this world. As a facilitator of leadership trails, I provide a calm, judgment-free setting where everything and everyone is welcome. I encourage participants to explore their own issues in a positive and courageous manner. I feel honored to walk along everyone’s life path in this way.
