A trail through the wilderness reconnects you with something primitive and instinctive.

It feels wonderful toexperience something so pure.

It is the effect of nature combined with the rhythm of walking

not to mention being away from your phone and no longer having to think about time.

The space this creates is invaluable.

As a facilitator, I love guiding others through this unique, life-changing process.

It can involve challenge, vulnerability, humour, laughter and tears – all going hand in hand.

My many years of experience designing and facilitating leadership programmes,together with my knowledge of relationship development and systemic work, are especially valuable here.

I’m Annelien, married to Stijn and we have three children. After living in New Zealand as a family for a while, we have now put down roots in Driebergen.

But some things are hard to resist: the ocean has stolen our hearts.

Perhaps one day we’ll set off again and settle somewhere new.
