Anniversary Special Himalaya
Towering mountain peaks, deep valleys and ancient monasteries. Thin mountain air, endless views and the profound silence of the Himalayas.
View activitiesFor centuries, the Himalayas have sparked imagination: the immense mountains, the silence and the grandeur of the landscape naturally invite slowing down, reflection and awareness. It is a place where you can quite literally and figuratively take distance and get closer to yourself. To celebrate its 25th anniversary, the Foundation for Natural Leadership is organizing a special Himalaya Trail.
During this 14-day trail, you will trek through an impressive mountain landscape, visit remote monasteries and experience local rituals and traditions. The combination of nature, physical challenge, silence and guidance creates space for deeper reflection and new insights that truly stay with you.
An essential part of the programme is the Solo Quest: time alone in nature, where you slow down, become still and listen to what emerges.
You do not need to be an experienced mountain trekker or meditation expert. What we do ask is a good basic level of fitness, perseverance and the willingness to step out of your comfort zone and deepen the connection with yourself.
