Coen van de Scheur

Since 2015, Coen has been on the trail several times, where he has always experienced the power of nature that leads to ‘life-changing’ insights. These insights then become a ‘compass’ in the personal development of participants. In his experience, the trails lead to lasting change on an emotional level through a combination of nature experience and the personal process. Coen has worked as a consultant for over 25 years, guiding organizational changes. He works along the content, process and relationship, whereby the people side and organization culture receive his attention because these are crucial for the success of the change. Strengthening personal leadership is therefore always central to his actions. Coen is a good listener, coach, connector and radiates peace. He bases the trails on the power of the process and nature that do most of the work. Where the process or the participants require extra attention, he adds what is necessary.
