Dorine Wekking

Dorine is known for her ‘open heart and open mind’. She removes barriers to vulnerability because of her strength to connect ‘head and heart’, and that awareness can lead to a new insight. The silence and the power of nature are her coaches and inspiration to be full in life. Dorine works as a leadership coach and has extensive experience as director and commissioner in both the private sector and the public domain. After an international career as a CHRO at Shell, KPN, Deloitte and Aon, she has focused on coaching teams and executives. Dorine followed her coach training at MMS and at the VU.
