Henry Staal

Facilitator

My name is Henry, I am 55 years old, married to Sietske, and father to Kuki, Sophie and Bim. After studying economics, entrepreneurship took me through several businesses of my own, ranging from cigars, furniture and container logistics to recovered paper and circular metals. I either founded these businesses myself or, together with others, took over family-owned companies. Until early 2026, I served as CEO of Reukema Group, now Myne Circular Metals.

In 2023, I participated in the FNL trail in Marataba. That experience touched something that became increasingly important to me: leadership, for me, starts with presence, connection, and creating space for what wants to grow. I now describe my craft quite simply as: creating the conditions in which life can emerge. As an FNL facilitator, I want to contribute from that place, bringing my experience as an entrepreneur and leader, together with curiosity about what unfolds between people.
