Jeroen has always loved nature, (Helping) developing is what makes him happy. The FNL trail he did in the Abruzzi in 2021 combined this in a wonderful way! Experiencing to be completely away from all ‘to do’s’, stimuli, even from phone and watch, he found to get used to but invigorating and enlightening. Literally stilling and slowing down, by walking together, looking, sniffing in the beautiful nature. Slowly his continuous thinking became more and more extinct and he became more aware of his feelings, his wishes and what he finds important. It was wonderful to be in that peace, to determine direction and make resolutions for after returning home. Lasting memories and lasting effects. He wishes this for everyone! Jeroen is looking forward to going on another trail with a group and to experience the impact on the group and on himself.
