Marianne Aalders
Facilitator
Marianne’s first connection with Africa began in 2007 and has deepened ever since. It was during her life-changing Botswana trail in 2014 that she first encountered the profound concept of natural leadership. Immersed in the wild wetlands of Botswana’s Okavango Delta, she reconnected with nature and herself, allowing her to explore her potential, strengths, and purpose. “My return to the Okavango Delta in 2022 reaffirmed those lessons learned and deepened my understanding of leadership and self-awareness. The FNL trails have since been a source of wisdom and clarity, which I can always rely on in a thing called life.”
Trained as a facilitator in 2019, and having served as a Board Member for the Foundation for Natural Leadership in 2018 and 2019, Marianne is now dedicated to guiding others on their own transformative journeys: “I believe that the unique blend of nature, self-reflection, silence, simplicity, and the magic of the African bush offers an unparalleled opportunity for personal growth and development.” Marianne lives in Amsterdam and has over 20 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations and reputation management. She is currently Communications Manager Benelux at Euronext, the European market infrastructure.
