Mark Jacobs
Managing Director and Facilitator
Mark Jacobs (1965) was born and raised in Brabant and studied Human Resources at the UT. He is the proud father of three sons. His work as Director HR at international companies brought him many insights on how individuals, teams and organisations grow. In 2016, he organised a leadership trail with 80 leaders from 22 countries to the Pyrenees. Here he saw that where an MBA is all about skills, nature can spur deep personal growth. He experienced this transformation during a 2013 FNL trail in the Drakensberg Mountains in South Africa. He now shares his experiences with great pleasure and goes on a trail to come to himself around questions like; where am I now, how do I feel and where do I want to go? Questions that come more and more from his own values and motives to give shape to life. Mark: “Everyone brings their intentions and insights on trail.
Questions that come more and more from his own values and motives to give shape to life. Mark: “Everyone brings their intentions and insights on trail. We learn from nature, the guide and from each other. Feel welcome and let yourself be surprised by the power of simplicity and the mirror that nature will offer you!”
