Nienke den Os
Facilitator
Nienke started her working life as a physiotherapist and is also trained as a Haptonomic Professional. She spent a lot of time in the bush of Southern Africa, among others as manager of safari camps in the Okavango Delta in Botswana. This experience was life changing and convinced her of the enormous impact of “being in the wilderness”. From the desire to help people (re)discover their own nature, she followed various coach trainings. In 2014 she founded her company Basecamp Coaching, and became a facilitator for the Foundation for Natural Leadership.
In addition to working for the FNL, Nienke is a partner and coach at Authentic Leadership, an agency for leadership and organizational development. Nienke lives with Dolf, his son Luuk and their daughters Eliza and Marie.
