Sam Muller

Sam Muller is an international lawyer. He worked for the UN in the Middle East, the Yugoslavia Tribunal and was closely involved in the establishment of the International Criminal Court. In 2005 he founded HiiL, a think tank and social enterprise dedicated to improving access to justice through innovation, out of a deep motivation to make the law really work for people. HiiL is particularly active in Africa and the Arab world. Sam is also chairman of the SB of the World Wildlife Fund. He is a founder and current SB member of the Wildlife Justice Commission. Sam grew up in Kenya. He was on safari a lot. His first trail was in Botswana. Nature is essential for Sam to do what he does.
