Vincent Quint

Facilitator

Growing up with a love for the outdoors and animals, he realized early on that nature holds the answers we often overlook. It teaches us to slow down, listen, and reconnect with ourselves. This belief has been at the heart of his journey in personal development and leadership. With over a decade of experience in guiding leaders and teams, Vincent helps create spaces where people can work with more awareness and connection. He believes that the best decisions come when we align the head, heart, and body—allowing individuals and organizations to act with clarity and purpose.

Rather than focusing on quick fixes, he looks at the bigger picture, working from the idea that transformation happens when we understand the deeper patterns and connections in our lives and work. Vincent’s own transformative moments came during a 24-hour solo experience on the Veluwe and a leadership trail in Botswana with the FNL. These experiences showed him the power of stillness and reflection—qualities he now brings into the trails he facilitates. His mission is simple: to offer others the chance to pause, reconnect with their inner compass, and find clarity through the wisdom of nature. Vincent lives in The Hague with his wife Florentine, their children Berend and Maud, and their dog Lou. When he’s not in the wilderness, you can find him enjoying life’s quieter moments closer to home.
