Michel Zuidgeest

Michel Zuidgeest (1970) is Global Head of Change Execution with ING Bank. He has lived and worked in Vietnam, India, Belgium, France and Poland. Michel studied at Rotterdam School of Management, University of Cologne and VU Amsterdam and is an INSEAD alumnus. Michel is certified by Core Leadership Institute as facilitator for ING’s global “Purpose-to-Impact” program, He has participated and facilitated FNL wilderness trails in Abruzzo and Norway. Michel has three children and loves travelling off the beaten-track and ultra-trail runs. “It’s a privilege to spend time with an experienced wilderness guide in nature. Nature is a source of inspiration in the journey of discovering your purpose and determining what is important to you”.
