New Chairman for the FNL: Noud Duyzings
With great pleasure, we introduce our new chairman, Noud Duyzings. Noud has been involved with the FNL since 2010, when he embarked on his first trail to the Swiss Alps. The profound sense of connection he experienced there marked the beginning of his active role within our community. As a facilitator, Noud has had the opportunity to lead various trails and connect on a deeper level with participants and fellow facilitators.
In recent years, we at FNL have made tremendous progress: we have grown, professionalized, and explored new directions, laying the foundation for the future. With Noud’s experience, dedication, and energy, we look forward to the next phase of our organization with great confidence.
Noud will begin his role on January 1 and looks forward to meeting you personally during the Winter Circle Gathering on January 18. You can register here: https://naturalleadership.eu/agenda/winter-city-gathering-18-januari-2025/
Additionally, we would like to share an important change in the Supervisory Board. Susan Goldsworthy OLY has recently decided to step down for personal reasons. We are immensely grateful for her valuable contributions and her support of FNL’s mission and people. Fortunately, she will continue to support us, and we deeply value her ongoing involvement.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Wiet for his exceptional dedication and leadership as chairman of the board over the past years. Wiet has fulfilled his role with great commitment, and we are thrilled to announce that he will join the Supervisory Board starting January 1. This ensures continuity and allows us to benefit from his invaluable experience.
Finally, we are excited to welcome Maaike Schipperheijn as a new member of the Supervisory Board on January 1. Maaike, who undertook her first trail in Spain and recently traveled again to Umfolozi, brings a wealth of experience, curiosity, and an international network. We look forward to collaborating with her on the further development of FNL.
We warmly welcome Noud, Wiet, and Maaike Schipperheijn and look forward to entering the next phase of FNL together. We are confident that, with their energy and dedication, we will make an even greater impact on sustainable leadership.
