24-hours program for IMD Business School

Recently we joined nine participants from the IMD Business School program “CLEAR” on a trail In Italy. Together we spent 24 hours of reflection time under the guidance of Erna ter Weele MBk and Wiet de Bruijn. Back to the essence of leadership: WHO am I and from what source do I lead? We shared formative experiences in courageous conversations. Facing our hopes, fears and sorrows in a long solo through the night. At the rising of the sun, and by the fire, we had a dialogue on the essence of the trail for us. In the end we shared what touched us in the other. What a nourishing experience!
