Need to break away from the daily hustle? During this morning walk, guided by our experienced facilitators, you will take the time to reflect in silence and with attention on what is alive within you. A wonderful way to rekindle the FNL-trail feeling or to get to know it for the first time!

We are guided by ‘living and working in the rhythm of the seasons’, the philosophy of Jaap Voigt. October marks the beginning of autumn in this regard.

It is a time of visibility, action, and sharing what comes into being. At the same time, this phase calls for being consciously present: to feel whether what you are doing still aligns with what is alive within you. It is a period in which you show your strength while staying connected to the source from which that strength flows.

Treat yourself to this wonderful start to the day in nature. Let yourself be inspired by the silence, by the emerging energy of nature, and by the togetherness with a small group of like minded people.
