On Friday May 29th, we host the FNL Sweat Lodge with facilitators Geert Graveland and Joost Leeflang.
The sweat lodge is an ancient cleansing and contemplation ritual that provides space for insight, connection, and renewal. Whoever you are, this experience touches, deepens, and clarifies. During the ceremony, you explore a personal or professional issue. Through the heat, the silence, and the power of the elements, a surprisingly clear insight often emerges, exactly what is needed at that moment.
The sweat lodge is a dome-shaped hut made of willow branches, covered with blankets and canvas. In four rounds, each with its own theme, hot stones are brought in and water is poured over them to create steam.
The experience connects body, mind, and nature, bringing you back to your own wisdom.

Doors open: 9.30 AM
Start of the program: 10 AM
End of the evening: 8 PM

The participation fee is €150,- including VAT.

The ceremony will take place on Friday, May 29th 2026, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Waaldijk 15 in Dreumel www.waaldijk15.nl/programmas/zweethut
The day will be guided by FNL facilitator Geert Graveland, supported by Joost Leeflang. A light lunch will be provided. For dinner, each participant will bring something to share.
Carpooling
We strongly encourage you to travel by public transport or carpool with each other. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation from us. This contains a link to a Google spreadsheet in which you can indicate, among other things, whether you drive yourself or whether you want to ride with someone. You can then contact each other for further coordination.
