Experience the Power of the Seasons – FNL Winter Walk

Join us on wednesday morning February 4th at 08:00 for a special seasonal walk.

Need a break from the daily hustle and bustle? During this morning walk, guided by our experienced facilitators, you’ll take time in silence and with presence to reflect on what lives inside you. It’s a beautiful way to reconnect with the FNL trail experience — or to get to know it for the first time!

We are guided by the philosophy of “living and working in tune with the seasons” by Jaap Voigt. February marks the beginning of spring: a time of renewal. New impulses and ideas want to be born.

At the same time, this phase calls for caution, like a newly sprouted seed that needs protection to take root firmly. It is a period of inner growth and deepening, in which you make space for inspiration and let the first outlines of new possibilities gradually become visible.

Treat yourself to this nourishing start to the day in nature. Let yourself be inspired by the silence, by the emerging energy of nature, and by being together with a small group of like-minded people.

Cost

For our FNL community members — Trail participants, Reboot your Life, and Year Program participants — the walk is free of charge. Other interested participants are warmly welcome. They pay €15 incl. VAT.
