Want to get away from the daily hustle and bustle? During this morning walk, guided by our experienced facilitators, you will take the time to reflect on what lives in you in silence and with attention. A wonderful way to regain the FNL trail feeling or to get acquainted with it!
We are guided by ‘living and working in the rhythm of the seasons’, the ideas of Jaap Voigt. May marks the beginning of summer. In the summer, the energy is in full bloom. What has been sown and grown in previous seasons is showing.
It is the time of visibility, of action and of sharing what is being achieved. At the same time, this phase requires conscious presence: to feel whether what you are doing is still in line with what is going on inside you. It is a period in which you show your strength, while remaining connected to the source from which that power comes.
Treat yourself to this great day-starter in nature. Be inspired by the silence, by the burgeoning energy of nature and by being together with a small group of like-minded people.
