Winter City Gathering 2025

The Black Jaguar Foundation is dedicated to large-scale reforestation of the Amazon and Cerrado in Brazil. This groundbreaking project aims to restore ecosystems and protect biodiversity in these areas. It is one of the largest reforestation projects in the world.

Ben Valks will talk about the steps they are taking to make a positive impact on the environment. Ben embodies what it means to take action from a deeper source of inspiration and connection with nature, and to explore and realize new possibilities for a sustainable future with passion and courage.

From Theory U, we recognize that one of the first steps on the right side of the U is Crystallizing Vision and Intention. We will elaborate on this through Ben’s story, and there will be plenty of time to walk through the green city and connect with each other.

Discover Utrecht’s past and present on your way to Boothstraat. Narrow streets, old buildings, and cozy boutiques reveal how people have experienced the city for centuries. Boothstraat was originally a connecting road, with Janskerkhof as its most prominent feature.

Public transport: Utrecht Central – Walking

You can walk to Boothstraat in 12 minutes. It is 1 km from the train station to our front door. Along the way, you’ll pass the Tivoli Vredenburg music venue, the Neude, and Janskerkhof. You can also take an OV bike.

Carpooling

We strongly encourage you to travel by public transport or carpool with each other. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation from us. This contains a link to a Google spreadsheet in which you can indicate, among other things, whether you drive yourself or whether you want to ride with someone. You can then contact each other for further coordination.
