Facilitator training

Last week, the facilitator training took place. FNL gained seven new enthusiastic facilitators!

During the training, the entire leadership program process is covered, many parts are practised and do’s and don’ts are shared. As on trail, there is also room for silence, reflection and walking in nature. After the training, the new facilitators will go on trail as co-facilitators with an experienced facilitator: learning on the job.
