Wildernis Trail Picos de Europa
The Picos de Europa National Park area is located in the north of Spain (Asturias) and is literally home to the snow-capped ‘peaks of Europe’ of more than 2,500 meters. It is a unique and wild 100% wilderness area with wolves, bears and vultures. This dynamic ecosystem shows a rich diversity of plants, animals, amphibians, fungi and fungi at the Cantabrian mountain range.
This Natural Leadership Program in Picos de Europa is a journey of discovery. Awareness about what has shaped you, where you are in your life and what drives you. But also awareness that your head, your feelings and your heart are inextricably linked.
Participants come from different organizations, both business, government and non-profit sector. Each program consists of a mix of 6-9 executives, senior professionals, and entrepreneurs and consists of the following components:
- Intake
- Foundation workshop
- Leadership trail in the Wilderness
- Integration workshop
- Coaching session
- Member for life in our community with more than 1600 members
A quest differs from a trail because it also contains a solo part during the journey, a period in which you are completely on your own.
The program of about four months takes place largely outdoors in the unspoiled nature of Picos de Europa. Far away from the familiar and from the daily routine, we simplify and slow down: five days without watches, phones and computers. Read the experience of one of our participants in Spain here.
