We offer other initiatives in addition to our individual FNL programmes. We also encourage our partners to develop tailor-made in-company programmes based on Natural Leadership principles. We currently offer the following programmes:
Aimed at organisations, each in-company programme is organised and led by our partners, who pay a fee to the FNL for every participant. Variants of this programme include transformation programmes for teams or business units and corporate leadership programmes.
A leadership programme for young potentials. Between two and four participants from different organisations are nominated by senior leaders, who are part of our community.
A programme for former participants. Community members revisit their experiences by coming together in their original trail groups or in open programmes.
Recently the following in-company programmes carried out by FNL partners.
One of our partners organized a leadership program for international trainees, key-potentials and senior management of the ING Group in 2015. The participants experienced in nature how important it is to cooperate with each other while also explicitly maintaining their individuality. This improved their agility and flexibility and they realize the importance of adapting and change in the current dynamic environment.
Natural Leap Programme Ahold
One of our partners facilitated a leadership program in nature that helps talents and promising professionals of retail company Ahold to guide them in their leadership role. Focus of the program is to prepare this talents to make the shift from “Leading Self” to “Leading Others”. They learn how to deliver results through others and effective lead, influence and motivate others, as well individually as in teams. They learn to understand the challenges of other disciplines and to prioritize under time pressure.
